Magomedrasul Majidov is one of the most accomplished heavyweight boxers in amateur boxing history. Born in Dagestan in 1986, he later represented Azerbaijan in international competitions and became one of the most dominant fighters in the super heavyweight division.
Majidov achieved global recognition after winning three AIBA World Championship titles in 2011, 2013 and 2015. His powerful punching style and physical dominance made him one of the most feared fighters in the division.
He also won the bronze medal at the 2012 Olympic Games in London, securing his place among Azerbaijan’s most successful boxing champions.
