Cavan Urban Fest 2022 scales the initiative into a full city-level festival platform with multiple parallel zones running across three days. The program combines street dance and hip-hop battles, graffiti and urban art zones, 3x3 basketball tournaments, skateboarding and street sports activities, live music and freestyle performances, workshops and educational sessions, and interactive public areas — all integrated into a unified visitor flow designed for rhythm, clarity and continuous engagement.
MVP Agency operates as a co-creator and lead operational partner, delivering full-cycle event management: overall planning, multi-day scheduling, venue zoning, on-site coordination, crowd flow logistics, sports tournament operations, technical and production oversight, and real-time issue resolution — ensuring quality, safety and timing across the entire festival.
