CAVAN NEW YEAR YOUTH EVENT 2022 | COMMUNITY CELEBRATION CASE | MVP AGENCY

At the end of 2022, Cavan Youth Movement closed the year with a dedicated New Year event — “Cavanların Yeni il gecəsi” — hosted at Cage Lounge Club in Baku. The concept was intentionally different from a formal conference or reception. The goal was to create a warm, relaxed atmosphere where the core Cavan community could meet offline, celebrate the achievements of the past year, and build shared energy for the year ahead.

The programme combined several elements into one cohesive youth night: informal networking for Cavan participants, volunteers, and partners; a main stage block with welcome speeches, a year recap, and acknowledgements; a DJ set and dance floor to maintain a true party atmosphere rather than a ceremonial tone; photo and video coverage to capture the mood and create content for future communication.

The event was actively documented across Cavan Youth Movement’s social media channels, with messaging focused on memory, continuity, and the importance of celebrating milestones together as a community.

MVP Agency supported Cavan Youth Movement as an event and production partner, focusing on adapting the venue layout for a mixed-format youth night, structuring the agenda so official moments flowed naturally into a party setting, coordinating sound, light, and DJ performance, and planning photo and video capture for long-term content use across Cavan’s communication channels.
